- Something in my unit needs fixing, or I have a question about pests.
- If something in your unit or on your site needs fixing, call the LMHC Property Services call centre. To see other common questions about maintenance and repair or Property Services, go to the Maintenance / Repair page.(TOP)
- My income changed this month.
- Report all changes in income every month to your Tenant Administration Coordinator. (TOP)
- I need an income tax receipt for the rent I paid last year.
- To request an income tax receipt, call 519-434-2765 and press 4, then press 7. (TOP)
- I want to add or remove someone from my lease.
- Talk to your Tenant Administration Coordinator about adding or removing someone from your lease. (TOP)
- I need parking for my vehicle.

- I'm having trouble with my neighbour.
- Your CRW can help you if you're having trouble with another tenant at your site. (TOP)
- I want to make a complaint.
- If your complaint is about something to do with your unit or the condition of your site, including construction, call the LMHC Property Services call centre. If your complaint is about a social situation, call your CRW or Tenant Administration. (TOP)
- I've complained about my neighbour several times and nothing has happened.
- It is LMHC's mission to provide safe, quality public housing that encourages healthy, integrated communities with a sense of belonging for all residents. LMHC cares very much about your right the reasonable enjoyment of your own home. If you have made a written complaint to the LMHC office, it may take several weeks, however, for due process.
