Application Checklist
To apply for rent-geared-to-income social housing, you may need the following:
- your birth certificate
- proof of all your household's income
- shelter cost receipts
- Social Insurance (SIN) card
- mortgage agreement
- immigration status papers
- custody papers
- updated bank statements
- insurance policies
- hydro and fuel bills
Other papers may also be requested.
